Quoboo ("we," "our," or "us") is a SaaS platform that provides instant quoting and booking tools for cleaning businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information and your customers' booking data when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details (business name, service area, and branding preferences). We also collect information about your customers' bookings — names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and service preferences — as part of providing our booking and quoting tools to your business.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Quoboo platform, process your subscription payments, send you booking and quote notifications, and enable the booking widget on your website or hosted booking page. We use your customers' booking information solely to deliver the booking and quoting services you requested — generating quotes, confirming bookings, and sending notifications.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information with: (1) Stripe, our payment processor, to handle subscription and booking payments; (2) your customers, via booking confirmations and quotes; and (3) service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery). Your customers' booking data is shared only with you and the customer themselves.
If you enable SMS notifications for your customers, your customers' phone numbers and message content are processed through our SMS provider to deliver booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Customers can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. SMS consent is not required to use the Quoboo platform.
Subscription payments and optional customer deposits and recurring payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the use of payment information, available at stripe.com/privacy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and your customers' booking data. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel and is protected by encryption in transit and at rest.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information at any time. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@quoboo.com.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted unless required by law.
