These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Quoboo SaaS platform — instant quoting and booking tools for cleaning businesses. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
By creating a Quoboo account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Quoboo is a SaaS platform that provides instant quoting, booking, and customer management tools for residential cleaning businesses. Features include: customizable booking widgets, real-time pricing, ZIP code service area filtering, white-label branding, add-on services, coupon codes, email notifications, recurring schedule management, deposit and recurring payment collection via Stripe, and embeddable or hosted booking pages.
Quoboo is offered as a monthly subscription at $29/month. There are no contracts — you may cancel at any time. Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
An optional one-time $60 done-for-you setup fee is available for customers who want Quoboo to configure their widget, pricing, and service area. This fee is non-refundable once the setup service has been delivered.
If you use Quoboo's built-in Stripe integration to collect deposits or recurring payments from your customers, standard Stripe merchant processing fees apply per transaction. Quoboo does not take a percentage of your service revenue — your subscription is a flat monthly fee.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, service area, and business information configured in Quoboo. You are responsible for fulfilling bookings made through the platform and for communicating with your customers. You agree not to use Quoboo for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of your customers' booking data. Quoboo processes this data on your behalf to provide the booking and quoting services. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding your customers' data. Quoboo does not sell or share your customers' data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., SMS and email notifications).
You may cancel your Quoboo subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@quoboo.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your booking widget will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Quoboo is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost bookings, revenue, or business resulting from platform downtime, errors in pricing, or customer disputes. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Quoboo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
